Insights for this presentation are drawn from research results from Phoenix’s mobile engagement platform, mXP, which uses a location-based mobile loyalty program to contact consumers at the point-of-purchase to gain “in-the-moment” insights into their decision process.
The study interviewed 1000 pharmacy shoppers, proving insight into product loyalty with OTC products, the degree to which competing OTC products are considered, and in-store and cost-based factors that influence final purchase decisions.
