Steve was formerly employed as a market researcher at IntelliQuest (now Millward-Brown) and as a marketing analyst at USAA and NCR. He holds a B.S. in Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Washington and Lee University and an M.S. in Healthcare Research/Statistics from Texas State University.

Peter McManus has over thirty years experience in pharmaceutical marketing research, strategic planning and new product development. Prior to being acquired by Phoenix Marketing International, Mr. McManus was a partner in JZM responsible for the development of all strategic functions for the company’s health care operations. During his tenure at JZM, Mr. McManus has directed over 1,000 studies encompassing all phases of marketing research. Prior to joining JZM in 1989, Mr. McManus was founder of a strategic health care consulting firm specializing in marketing issues for pharmaceutical companies and managed health care. Mr. McManus’ background includes over ten years experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers in both domestic and international research.
Mr. McManus holds a B.S. in Marketing from NortheasternUniversity, with related courses in international marketing. He is a member of AMA and PMRG.

Andrew has 30 years of experience in healthcare market research. A large part of this time was spent with NOP Healthcare (now GfK) which he left in 2004 as Deputy Managing Director. He then joined Ziment as Managing Director, Europe where he successfully built the international business. Following Ziment becoming part of Kantar Health, Andrew sought a new challenge with Phoenix Healthcare where he could focus his passion for research on helping clients meet their business issues.
With 30 years experience, Andrew inevitably knows a lot about healthcare market research, including qualitative and quantitative projects across an extremely wide range of markets and therapy areas. Yet he is still constantly looking for ways to improve how research is conducted, to increase his expertise with innovative techniques and to provide greater insights and value out of every project.
Andrew has an MA in Geography from Oxford University and started his professional life as an urban economist before making the switch to healthcare market research.
